GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS


  1. Members must be 12 or older.
  2. You agree to comply with the Studio Rules available on this website, a printed copy is available on the studio noticeboard. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided that we give you advance notice of the change.
  3. If no action is taken or the judgement of a breach of this agreement is deferred to provide extra time to pay or comply, this  will not prevent enforcement of these terms of agreement strictly at a future date.
  4. We may assign the benefit of this agreement, and our rights thereunder, to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
  5. There may be occasions where we have to close all, or part close the studio. We will do our best to let you know of such closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. You will not be entitled to a refund of part of, or all of, your membership fees in such circumstances.
  6. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.
  7. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to any services that are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials we use are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.
  8. This agreement is governed by English Law.
  9. We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of the Studio Rules.
  10. To the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, wellbeing or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your circumstances change. It is the member's responsibility to check with their doctor/GP before agreeing to train with Fitcamp Women Ltd. Members are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and participation involves a risk of injury. Before starting training all members must have read, understood and accurately completed the medical form before taking part in any training or classes.


PRINCIPAL TERMS


  1. Membership agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance on the GloFox app.
  2. This agreement will become binding on you and Fitcamp Women Ltd when you sign up for a membership on the Glofox app at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Fitcamp Women Ltd.
  3. You will be entitled to all the rights and privileges set for your chosen Membership type.
  4. You cannot transfer this agreement to anyone else
  5. You cannot transfer memberships to anyone else


DIRECT DEBIT FEES AND CHARGES


  1. Your Direct Debit/Card payment for monthly membership fees will be collected after you joined. Subsequent Direct Debits for monthly membership fees will be collected monthly thereafter. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.
  2. If any Direct Debit/Card payment is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand an administration fee of £20. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole election, either suspend or terminate your membership, upon having given you written notice of our intention to do so. We may present an option to reduce the administration fee if the outstanding amount is paid online within 7 days of becoming due.
  3. You agree to advise us immediately of any change to the payment details provided.
  4. A monthly charge is applied if you pause your membership. Your membership can be on freeze for a maximum of 3 months after which your membership will automatically be un-frozen and will revert to your monthly rate. Freeze only applies to monthly memberships and will start from your payment date. Please be aware you must provide us notice at least 3 working days prior to your payment date.


PRICES


From time to time we may need to increase the price of our memberships. We will give you at least 1 full months' notice of any incoming price increase and will make it very clear when the price increase will take effect and how much your membership will cost after the increase. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions and rules. If you do not terminate the membership by the date given to you in the notice, then the price of your membership will be increased in accordance with our notice.


MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your membership and receive a full refund of any fees paid within 14 days of  signing up for a membership on the GloFox App. However, as per regulation 36 of Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, if you commence your membership, you agree that if you subsequently cancel your membership within the 14 day period, you will be refunded any monies paid, less an amount for the membership you have already used commencing from the first day after joining.


After the 14 day period, members are contracted to a minimum of two full monthly recurring payments before termination/cancellation. After the two full monthly recurring payments, monthly memberships will automatically become rolling monthly memberships. If a member would like to cancel after 2 months, a 30 day cancellation notice is required in writing.


There will be no cancellation fee if the minimum two months are completed. If a member cancels within the two month period then a cancellation fee of £78 will be applied.


REFUNDS

No refunds are available for any other purchases. If a member is ill under the grounds of Health and Wellbeing. A doctor's note may be provided and we will cancel the membership early and no future payments will be taken.

  • Membership only valid for 18 year olds and above
  • Membership starts on date of purchase
  • Unlimited access to all classes on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • Members are contracted to a minimum of two full monthly recurring payments before termination/cancellation. After the two full monthly recurring payments, monthly memberships will automatically become rolling monthly memberships. If a member would like to cancel after 2 months, a 30 day cancellation notice is required in writing.
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this membership at any time



NOvember Offer - JOIN Now Pay nothing until 2022


  • Offer is only valid until 5th January 2022
  • Membership starts on date of purchase
  • Unlimited access to all classes on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • From 6th January 2022, you will automatically roll onto a January 2022 Unlimited Membership.
  • Members are contracted to a minimum of two full monthly recurring payments before termination/cancellation. After the two full monthly recurring payments, monthly memberships will automatically become rolling monthly memberships.
  • The earliest date you can request a termination/cancellation is the 7th March 2022 or the date after we have received your 2nd monthly payment of £39.
  • If you cancel before 7th March a cancellation fee of £78 will be applied.
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this offer at any time


The offer is not available to previous members who have cancelled/ terminated their membership in the last 6 months or on the following memberships:

2022 New Year Offer - first month half price


  • Offer is only valid until 19th January 2022
  • Membership starts on date of purchase
  • Unlimited access to all classes on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • From 19th February , you will automatically roll onto a 2022 Unlimited Membership.
  • Members are contracted to a minimum of two full monthly recurring payments before termination/cancellation. After the two full monthly recurring payments, monthly memberships will automatically become rolling monthly memberships.
  • The earliest date you can request a termination/cancellation is the 19th April 2022 or the date after we have received your 2nd monthly payment of £39.
  • If you cancel before 19th April a cancellation fee of £78 will be applied.
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this offer at any time


The offer is not available to previous members who have cancelled/ terminated their membership in the last 6 months or on the following memberships:


  • Loyalty

Junior Unlimited Memberships (12-18 year olds)


  • Membership only valid for 12 - 18 year olds
  • Membership starts on date of purchase
  • Unlimited access to all classes on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • Members are contracted to a minimum of two full monthly recurring payments before termination/cancellation. After the two full monthly recurring payments, monthly memberships will automatically become rolling monthly memberships. If a member would like to cancel after 2 months, a 30 day cancellation notice is required in writing.
  • On the month of the members 19th birthday it will automatically roll onto an Unlimited Membership.
  • Member will be given 30 days notice before the membership update.
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this membership at any time


6 Class Pack - credit


  • 6 class credits will be added to your GloFox app account when you purchase the 6 class pack membership
  • Class credit can be claimed against any 6 classes on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • Class credit will expire 28 days after purchase
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this membership at any time


Drop-in class - credit


  • 1 class credit will be added to your GloFox app account when you purchase the drop-in class option
  • Class credit can be claimed against any single class on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • Class credit will expire 7 days after purchase
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this membership at any time


Class pass - Free trial


  • 1 class credit will be added to your GloFox app account when you purchase
  • Strictly 1 purchase per person
  • Class credit can be claimed against any single class on the Glofox app timetable (subject to space)
  • Class credit will expire 7 days after purchase
  • Fitcamp Women Ltd withholds the right to amend this offer at any time
